The Tea Room

Towards the top of the bank this small cafe serves cream teas and coffees.

Dotty’s

Quirky little tearoom attached to Trudi’s (she’s Dotty about Vintage) well stocked vintage shop. Just around the corner from us. Have a look at their Facebook page

The Kessen Bowl

A small shop with lots of knick knacks featuring Staithes, sweets and stuff for the beach.

The Royal George

Good old pub meals and ales, including a good chicken parmo, friendly local banter and sky sports. Quiz night is Friday. Check their website for menus and other information

Cod & Lobster

A landmark pub on the harbour wall for good home cooked meals, views and of course ales. Quiz night is usually Wednesday. www.codandlobster.co.uk

Cleveland Corner

A craft shop and bistro with home cooked dinners that cater for parties. A good supply of local fresh fish. Almost next door! www.clevelandcorner.co.uk

Our own little sandy beach and harbour

Two minutes walk, great for picnics, rock pooling, fun with dogs and catching (and putting back) a few crabs. We like to swim just the other side of the south breakwater at high tide where you can use the steps to get in and out.
